For the best part of two months I have been engaged in correspondence with the firm about the phone. I refused to take it back and it is in their shop in Brighton. In the meantime I have gone off to Sweden and do not plan to return till the autumn.
Lots of emails have gone to and fro. It is obvious that whoever is dealing with them does not bother to read them properly. If things go on this way the dispute is liable to end up in arbitration, when it could be so easily dealt with.
What a company.
